He has planned more than 3 million sq. ft. of cumulative residential projects in Navi Mumbai & Panvel & Raigad district. He has also planned many an industrial & commercial complexes in Raigad district.

He has been designing many a government projects like water supply, drainage & canal. A man of Integrity, Honesty when it comes to liasoning of his building proposals with government agencies.

He is a certified chartered land surveyor & valuation. His deep knowledge about the market trend & buyers need & preference help him in designing the residential project in the best possible way taking into consideration the environment aspect of each building he designs.

His association with Kartik & Ranganathan date back to over a decade where he was the architect for couple of projects in Navi Mumbai.

Having more than a decade of experience in Execution of High-Raised Residential Towers from drawing stage to Completion of the project construction. Strong grasp of contract documents and its technical Specifications. Mr. Kanda has a Deep knowledge of all types of planning and design concepts of Residential & commercial project.

He is a good team leader who guide & encourages his jr & colleagues to plan & complete the project on schedule without compromising on the quality parameters & a true team leader to Engineering team to develop the basic Execution Concepts, Estimate, Costing and Billing. Excellent team player with problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

A young and experienced engineer with 15 years of experience in structural designing with a passion to excel in his field of designing. He has been designing various residential and commercial project in Mumbai, Suburban area of Mumbai & Navi Mumbai. He has been associated with M/s. S.N.MOHILE & ASSOCIATES for last 5 years & in now associated with M/s Ankush MOHILE & associates for the last 12 years.

He is a young Engineer with a passion for structural designing, he has designed more than a million Square feet for various projects, in terms of height he has designed structure with a height of 59 Meter. He designs his project keeping in mind the aspiration of the home buyer i.e. proper utilization of space / ventilation long life for the structure.

He also ensure that he does not compromise on the quality & quantity of the building steel being used. He is a field person and keep visiting his sites on regular basis for proper implementation of the structural designs.

He has been structural designer for kartik pushpanathan past projects in Navi Mumbai & both of them are well known to each other for over a decade their professional relationship has culminated into conceptualizing Dev Habitats future plan.

Hansel Dsouza is a Chartered Accountant from ICIA he completed his Post graduation in Commerce from Mumbai University. He completed his cost accountant from ICMAI. He has also completed IFRS (U.K).

He is specialized in preparation of project Financing report, strategic & financial planning Specializes in Preparation of project financing reports, strategy and financial planning, he was associated with PWC as financial analyst handling NRI portfolio. He is a good strategic in Business developments, Market planning, Sales product development, Proficient and extensive knowledge on income tax, international taxation and GST.

He has a Proficiency in formulating cost effective solutions for enhancing accounting and taxation operations.

He also Provide Consultancy on investment strategies in stock markets and bonds. Managing funds of clients on shares, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits & Government instruments.

Project Management Consultant / Quality Control Advisor

Young engineer nearing his 40’s is a hardworking & dedicated professional specializing in quality control & Project Management Consultancy (PMC). After his graduation he was working with a leading developer in Mumbai as a site engineer executing high rise buildings along with his professional commitment.

He also pursued his Internal & Lead Quality Auditor certification, then joined ICQM an international & one of the Leading Quality Audit Firm auditing top projects of leading builders & developers in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Chennai & Bengaluru.

He started his career as a site engineer & gained experience in execution for around a decade then gradually took active part in interacting with prospective clients who visited the site.

He picked up the nitty gritty of marketing & sales arena his liking for interaction with client led him close the deal with ease & the company appointed him sales department gradually progressing to the level of VP in marketing & sales Division in one of the leading real estate company in Indian.
