Mr. Kartik P.: The Promoters of the company in his 30’s is an young Dynamic & Visionary entrepreneurs aptly can be called as Entrepreneur of today generation, with an in-depth knowledge of real estate in Navi - Mumbai & the skill acquired in terms of execution & Marketing has paved the path for their vision & mission of establishing a life-size organization with Business values, Commitments & providing value for the clients demands & needs...
Their in-depth knowledge of the market and the customer needs has enabled them to know the needs & preference of the buyers, based on which they conceptualize projects and tapping upcoming area of New Mumbai and nearby vicinity with a team of young ambitious & qualified team with Professional credential & the desire to excel in their respective field & fire in their belly to make a mark for themselves and the Organization in the realty industry.
The executor, with certification in project management help him in his project planning his abilities to maintain team work & his inter-personal skill ensure that all the stakeholder are satisfied, be it the investor / Customer, Vendor or the labourer at site, his calibre to execute the schedule as planned with excellent team Management skills & customer oriented approach.
Ranganathen L Iyer.: An able ADMINISTRATOR with good inter-personal & management Skills. Prior to his venture into Real Estate & contracting industry he was in Ghana for over half a decade after his return from Ghana he started his civil contracting work where he learnt the finer details of construction contracting work. His skill of leading from the front has made him a leader in true sense he is looked up by youngsters from his locality where he have implemented lot of social activity & have been able to implement some basic infrastructure work with the help of elected representative & this has helped him in acquiring 2 residential redevelopment projects in his locality, his interpersonal skill & man management skill helps him in Handling, negotiating & co-ordinating with the tenants & government officials for complying with the statutory procedures. He envisages to develop a township project to provide affordable housing to all the MIG /LIG section of home seekers.
